Peter Answers Site Clone

Peter Answers Site Clone

This is a tricky fortune site that guesses the user’s answer. In the petition input area, if the user presses ".", the game is activated. It means the user actually writes its answer to the input area but the answer is masked with another message saying "Peter please answer the following question". If the user doesn't know how to use the app and solely writes the petition, a generic fortune from an API is shown to the user. Also, there are some additions to the original site in my edition. The user can tweet its fortune. The quote area is integrated with an API too. The user can also tweet the quote coming from the API.

Manage Landing Page

A landing page developed from a design file. Users are able to view the optimal layout for the site depending on their device's screen size, receive an error message when the newsletter sign-up `form` is submitted if the `input` field is empty or the email address is not formatted correctly. Users can reach another sign-up form by clicking the "get started" button on the navbar or hero and experience client-side form validation. Glassmorphism is used in the form design.

IP Address Tracker

IP Address Tracker shows the user's own IP Address and its information from an API. The user can see the location information through the map integration(Leaflet and Mapbox). The user also can search for any IP Address or domain. If there is no information about IP Address or domain, a model pops up showing an error message.

Dasher & Crank

Copied from an ice-cream shop website with e-commerce functionality. Created with Gatsby JS, Contentful, and GraphQL. It was a fun project to develop while learning about Gatsby. It clearly showed how fast websites can be with Gatsby JS, and how easy to manage data with Contentful which functions perfectly with this React-based framework.

Photograppy

A React app that users can upload, edit and download their photos. Also designed and branded by me, this project was a good example for learning React Hooks. HTML Canvas is used for displaying, changing the coloring, and downloading photos.
